We take the 4WD for one day on this amazing world heritage listed sand island off the coast of Queensland. Just a couple of hours north of Brisbane, Fraser Island is a must see destination. After being delayed catching the ferry, the tide beats us and we have to change course, missing Eli Creek, but still getting to Central Station and Lake Mackenzie, two amazing destinations. A full day but one to remember.
